ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ៖ កិច្ចប្រជុំថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ នៃបញ្ជាការដ្ឋានតំបន់ប្រតិបត្តិការសឹករងកំពង់ធំ ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយសេចក្តីណែនាំលេខ០០៣ /២០២០ ស.ណ.ន របស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តន៍លក្ខន្តិកៈទូទៅចំពោះយោធិននៃកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ និងបទវិន័យទូទៅសម្រាប់ ខ.ភ.ម រួមទាំងលំហាត់របៀប ឲ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ស្របតាមការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ រីកចម្រើនរបស់ប្រទេសជាតិ ក៏ដូចជាការរីកចម្រើនធំធាត់ របស់ កងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ នាបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ។
ពិធីនេះត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើង នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ ស្ថិតក្រោមអធិបតីភាពឯឧត្តម ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ទោ សោម ស៊ុន មេបញ្ជាការតំបន់ប្រតិបត្តិការសឹករងកំពង់ធំ ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយការងារអប់រំចិត្តសាស្រ្ត ពង្រឹងតួនាទីភារកិច្ចនិងសតិអារម្មណ៍របស់កងទ័ព ឲ្យកាន់តែមុតស្រួចក្នុងការបម្រើជាតិ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងការពារជាតិ សាសនា ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ និងមេបញ្ជាការគ្រប់បណ្តាកងឯកភាព និង ស្ថាប័នចំណុះជាច្រើនរូបផងដែរ ។
លោកវរសេនីយ៍ទោ អ៊ូ ឆេងកន នាយសេនាធិការរង បានអានសេចក្តីណែនាំលេខ ០០៣/២០២០ សណន ស្តីពីវិធានការពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តន៍លក្ខន្តិកៈទូទៅចំពោះយោធិន ខ.ភ.ម បទវិន័យទូទៅសម្រាប់ ខ.ភ.ម និងលំហាត់របៀប ខ.ភ.ម និង ណែនាំ បន្ថែម អំពី មេរៀន លំហាត់របៀបរួចមក លោកឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី ង៉ាង ស មេបញ្ជាការរងតំបន់សឹក ទទួលបន្ទុកការងារអប់រំចិត្តសាស្រ្ត បានផ្សព្វផ្សាយខ្លឹមសារ ប្រកាសលេខ០៥៥/ប្រក.កជព ស្តីពីការរៀបចំនឹងការព្រឹត្តិទៅ នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាវិន័យ និងសេចក្តីណែនាំលេខ០០៥/២០១៩ ស.ណ.ន ស្តីពីការអនុវត្តន៍ទណ្ឌកម្មវិន័យ ការព្រមាន ការជាប់បញ្ញាត្តិ ការស្តីបន្ទោស ការស្តីបន្ទោសដោយលាយលក្ខអក្សរ និងការផ្អាកមុខតំណែង និង បានផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីសភាពការណ៍ថ្មីៗមួយចំនួនជូនយោធិនផងដែរ ។
ឯកឧត្តម ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ទោ សោម ស៊ុន មេបញ្ជាការតំបន់ប្រតិបត្តិការសឹករងកំពង់ធំ បានថ្លែងការកោតសរសើរចំពោះយោធិនគ្រប់រូបចំណុះឲ្យបញ្ជាការដ្ឋានតំបន់ប្រតិបត្តិការសឹករងកំពង់ធំ ដែលកន្លងមកបានអនុវត្តន៍យ៉ាងខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួន នូវតួនាទីភារកិច្ចរបស់កងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ ពិសេសច្បាប់ស្តីពីលក្ខន្តិកៈទូទៅរបស់ ខ.ភ.ម បានយ៉ាងល្អប្រសើរដោយគ្មានយោធិនណាម្នាក់ប្រព្រឹត្តិខុសច្បាប់របស់រដ្ឋ និងវិន័យរបស់កងទ័ពឡើយ។
